We pull patient, provider, appointment and service data from each client’s EHR into your billing platform every day, so nobody retypes it.
Documents to claims
We read superbills, PDFs and scanned forms and turn them into claim-ready records. Documents with missing fields go to your team.
Eligibility
We check coverage, copays and deductibles in payer portals and Availity, and write the results back to the patient record.
Claim status and AR
We check clearinghouse and payer status, find the claims that are stuck or unworked, and put them in the right queue.
Denials
We read the EOB, find the CARC/RARC reason, fix the errors we can fix and prepare the resubmission or appeal. The rest goes to your team.
Payment posting
We post 835 remittances to the right claim and service line, and flag duplicates and mismatches.
