One project
One process with a clear scope
You have one process to automate. After we’ve seen the process, you get an exact price. We build the automation, put it live, and can maintain it afterward.
How we price
You get a dedicated automation team, backed by our project managers, senior engineers and specialists. We build, deploy and maintain the automations.
You decide which processes matter most. We handle the technical work.
The same people work on your automations for the whole engagement. They learn your systems, build and test the automations, and fix issues.
Keeps the work organized, sets the priorities with you, and tells you where things stand.
Our senior developers and architects help with technical decisions, code reviews and complex problems.
When a process needs AI, Python, UiPath, APIs or data engineering, we bring in people from our team with the right experience.
Before you commit to anything, we look at five processes you’d like to automate. We estimate the work, the savings and the ROI.
This assessment is free. If we can’t find five processes worth automating, we won’t suggest a team.
Your team gets to know your systems and starts on the first automation. We handle the development, testing, deployment and technical issues.
Once an automation is running, we move on to the next one, and keep maintaining what we’ve built.
Over time, the team knows your systems well, and new automations reuse code and components from the earlier ones.
Your side
Our team
Our standard engagement is six months.
You can cancel for any reason in the first 30 days. The 30 days start when the team starts work, not at the first call. If you cancel, you owe nothing for the first month or the remaining five months.
If you continue, we invoice at the end of each month, after the work is done.

How we priceA dedicated team
You have several processes to automate, the list keeps growing, and you want the same people to build and maintain them. Each new automation reuses what the team has already built for you.
How the team agreement worksTell us what your team does by hand. We’ll review five processes for free and tell you whether a dedicated team makes financial sense.
Tell me what you want to automate this year. I’ll tell you what kind of team it needs, or whether one project is enough.
