AI automation for healthcare operations

We automate the work between your systems.

We build AI agents and automations that connect your EHR, LIS, billing systems, and payer portals, eliminating repetitive work without replacing the software your team already relies on.

Every minute of busywork is a minute someone waits.

A patient waits for coverage to be confirmed. A claim waits to be resolved. And while they wait, your team is still copying information between digital systems, checking statuses by hand, and fixing the same errors. Here’s what our clients measured after automating that work.

~5 minutes~1 min

per patient eligibility verification, across multiple payer portals

Confirmed by your staff

Step 1 of 5. A prior authorization request arrives by fax, with the order and a clinical note.

Step 2 of 5. It reads the patient, insurance, service and codes. Each value is linked to the page it came from.

Step 3 of 5. It checks the request against the payer's rules and yours: is authorization needed, and what has to be attached?

Step 4 of 5. The physical therapy history is handwritten and hard to read, so a person confirms it before anything is sent. Clear requests skip this step.

Step 5 of 5. It submits the request in the payer portal, attaches the documents and saves the confirmation in your EHR. The payer still makes the decision.

Our promise

You don’t know us. Give us 30 days to change that.

Hiring a company you haven’t worked with before is a risk. We take on the financial part of that risk, so you can judge us by our work before you pay anything.

  1. Free

We find five processes worth automating

We work with your team to find five processes that are worth automating. For each one, we map the steps, check the numbers, estimate the return and recommend the technology. If automating something won’t pay off, we tell you. You don’t pay for any of this.

  2. Six-month agreement

    You get a dedicated team

When we agree on the five processes, we sign a six-month agreement. Then our team builds the automations for you.

  3. 30 days

    You decide after 30 days

The 30 days start when our team starts work. If you continue, we invoice at the end of each month. If you cancel within the 30 days, you pay nothing.

If you cancel in the first 30 days, you pay

$0

We don’t invoice the first month, there is no cancellation fee, and you owe nothing for the remaining five months. The only thing you’ve spent is your team’s time.

You can cancel for any reason, for example:
  • Don’t like our work?Cancel
  • A black cat crossed your path?Cancel
  • Karl MielnickiDon’t like Karl’s mustache?Cancel

You don’t need to convince us to keep your business. We need to convince you.
