Documents with missing fields go to your team. 03 ### Eligibility We check coverage, copays and deductibles in payer portals and Availity, and write the results back to the patient record. 04 ### Claim status and AR We check clearinghouse and payer status, find the claims that are stuck or unworked, and put them in the right queue. 05 ### Denials We read the EOB, find the CARC/RARC reason, fix the errors we can fix and prepare the resubmission or appeal. The rest goes to your team. 06 ### Payment posting We post 835 remittances to the right claim and service line, and flag duplicates and mismatches.
